Hey Ya’ll!

My name is Joane. I am originally from a small island in the Caribbean not too far from Florida. Ever heard of Havana Cuba? Lol! I migrated to this amazing country 44 years ago and I am extremely proud of my Hispanic heritage and becoming a Cuban American...(Cuban COUNTRY girl that is). I am a blessed woman of FAITH who was bestowed the blessing of becoming a "momma" to a brilliant teenage son who is my absolute purpose in this little thing called life!

My passion for making a difference in this world derived years ago from an unforeseen diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, a chronic, debilitating, and incurable illness that has challenged me for over a decade now. After a bad relapse that left me unable to walk for weeks in 2016, I realized that I needed to find a way to share my story in the hopes of inspiring others with disabilities to go out and become the best versions of themselves, no matter what life throws at them.

My FAITH, motivation, discipline, commitment, creativity, and my relentless pursuit of happiness has led me to my “purpose”. If I can make a positive IMPACT in this modern world by helping, guiding, inspiring and mentoring others through my creativity and the platforms now available to me, then, hey ya’ll nice to meet you!

Fun facts about me, I have an amazing identical twin sister who also shares a passion for creativity as she is one of the top educators in the state of Florida. I have a supportive family who help me with daily tasks, especially when I simply can't.

After being a single mother for almost a decade, the good Lord has led me to the man of my dreams, the one that I’ve prayed for, for years. He is my rock and my new personal IT support tech. Lol!

I am excited to begin this JOURNEY with all of you, please be patient with me as I am a “rookie” in utilizing and building these platforms.
